DXM Marketing Group Purchases Spatial Insights:
Acquisition of leading GIS and mapping services provider expands customer targeting capabilities.


SAVANNAH, GA - December 27, 2013 - In a strategic move designed to significantly enhance its ability to identify and acquire new customers for the companies it serves, DXM Marketing Group has purchased Spatial Insights, one of the country’s most innovative and reputable geomapping services. DXM is a full service, integrated direct marketing and print production firm headquartered in Savannah, Ga. with offices in Jacksonville, Fla. and Greenville, S.C. Spatial Insights provides mapping services, mapping software, training and customized geographic and demographic data products and systems for business applications. It also provides Geographic Information System (GIS) products and services to a broad range of clients, including retailers and manufacturers, utility companies, financial institutions, market research and service companies, and federal, state, and local government agencies.

Utilizing these assets, DXM significantly increases its ability to assist marketers in defining and acquiring customers. It also now has the capability of designing and building customized Geographic Information System (GIS) and desktop mapping systems for specific marketing research and related retail-oriented applications.

For the time being, Spatial Insights will continue to operate under that name and President Don Segal will continue to oversee operations, which are based in Bethesda, Md.
