A high volume fast growing sandwich chain in the southeastern US with new store openings every week desired a way to manage and control grand opening and promotional announcements to their target audience.
DXM created a custom segmentation model for this client based on lifestyle demographics for the consumer household. It also incorporated a daytime employee data based mailing to business within the geographic radius of2-3 miles from rooftop. A coupon offer with personalization and location directions – based on store location was also provided – all data-based.
